The Saturday morning specialty group session registration fee includes:

If you are registering for the full conference, access to one of the two Saturday morning Specialty Group Sessions is included.
The physiotherapy group sessions will be held onsite and virtually with simultaneous translation from French to English.

Dialogue On Bronchiectasis: Open To Public Conference

On Saturday 22nd a 2,5-hours open to the public conference in French (with simultaneous translation) will be held with the purpose to increase the public awareness about the burden of disease and the management opportunities offered by the French Health System to cope with the disease. The open to public conference will be live streamed.

GENERAL REGISTRATION INFORMATION
All registrations must be made through the Conference website https://bronchiectasis-eu.org/ A handling fee of € 18,00 (VAT included) will be added to each registration for administrative costs, and bank / credit card fees. Rates are inclusive of VAT calculated at 10%.
In case of fluctuations in VAT the Organising Secretariat adjust prices accordingly by informing delegates in writing.
Accepted payment methods: major credit cards and bank transfers. Cash payment can only be accepted onsite where regular fee will be applicable.
*Applies to those born after January 1, 1996, residents/fellows, those still in training and students. Please email or upload (during registration fee selection) a copy of official document indicating your age or a letter from your employer stating training status to be eligible for this discount. Without documentation, delegate will be charged the standard rate.
**Applies to nurses, nurse practitioners, clinical nurse specialists, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, researchers. ***INDUSTRY FEES:
There are 2 types of industry registrations fees – Healthcare and Non-Healthcare
- Healthcare Industry Registration applies only to healthcare related professionals and staff from pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, diagnostics or medical education companies
- Non-Healthcare Industry Registration applies to all professionals from non-healthcare industries, e.g. financial analysts, non-medical consultants, etc.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
(applicable to all fees above):
- Cancellation or modification of registration must be sent in writing to the Organising Secretariat at info@bronchiectasis-eu.org .
- Before 20 December 2024 all fees will be refunded minus € 48,00 (VAT included) for administrative charges.
All refunds will be settled after the meeting has concluded.
- From 21 December 2024: no refunds will be made.
- Name changes will incur a € 48,00 (VAT included) charge to cover administrative costs.
- From 21 December 2024, your reservation for registration will be considered as final and no cancellation will be accepted. The total amount will be considered as fully due, and any amount paid shall be non-reimbursable. We strongly recommend subscribing a personal travel insurance.
All refunds will be settled after the meeting has concluded.
