The registration desk will open on Thursday, 20th February, 2025, from 08:00 and the schedule is the following:
- Thursday, 20th February from 08:00 to 18:30: attendees who have booked the Pre-Congress Course (20th February morning) are kindly invited to collect their conference materials before 08:30
- Friday 21st February from 08:00 to 18:30 (end of the scientific sessions)
- Saturday 22nd February from 08:00 to 18:30 (end of the conference)
The setup and dismantling of the exhibition area is accessible only to sponsors who booked an exhibition booth.
SET UP TIME: Wednesday 19th February - 08:00 to 18:00
DISMANTLING TIME: Saturday 22nd February - 16:00 to 20:00
The exhibition area will be open following Registration desk opening hours.
The 4th European Bronchiectasis Workshop will be held at the Sorbonne University International Conference Center (CICSU) Campus Pierre et Marie Curie

Participants name badges will be provided by the Organising Secretariat at the Secretariat Desk.
All participants are requested to wear their badge throughout the congress. Only badge holders will be admitted to the appropriate sessions, exhibition and social events.
EBROW 2025 hosts the ELF Booth, dedicated to patients and located in the Poster Area - Ground Floor (please
refer to the EBROW map attached here). Individuals registered as patients can access the poster areas only.

Attendance is monitored through badge scanning when entering and leaving the plenary room. A minimum of 6 hours of effective attendance is required to issue the certificate of attendance.
The certifiÂcate of attendance will be downloadable from the website bronchiectasis-eu.org/2025/ using your personal credentials sent by e-mail, from 27th February, 2025. Important note: Certificate of attendance will be delivered only to registered participants who attend at least 6 hours of congress sessions.
A cloakroom is at the disposal of participants at the Congress Venue. Delegates are kindly requested not to leave their personal belongings after the registration desk closes.
We are pleased to inform you that the 4th European Bronchiectasis Workshop, Paris, France 20/02/2025 - 22/02/2025 has been granted 12.5 European CME credits (ECMEC®s) by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME®). Following EBAP’s evaluation, the above-mentioned CME activity has been accredited by EBAP for a total of 15.5 CME credits.
The PRE-CONFERENCE COURSE FOR EARLY CAREER PROFESSIONALS has been granted 3.5 European CME credits (ECMEC®s) by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME®). Following EBAP’s evaluation, the above-mentioned CME activity has been accredited by EBAP for a total of 4 CME credits.

Dress will be informal throughout the Congress. The Organising Secretariat reserves the right to refuse access when deemed necessary for the comfort and safety of all delegates.
The congress organizers cannot accept liability for personal injuries sustained, or for loss or damage to property belonging to congress participants, either during or because of the congress. Registration does not include insurance. It is strongly recommended that you take an insurance policy of your choice as you register for the congress and book your travel.
The official language of the congress is English. Simultaneous translation is provided for the Conference Open to Public “Dialogue on Bronchiectasis” (p. 19) and for the Physiotherapy Course (p. 17)
The EBROW 2025 plenary sessions, as well as the Physiotherapy Course and the Conference Open to Public “Dialogue on Bronchiectasis” will be live-streamed on the workshop website, accessible to registered participants.
Lunch on Friday 21st February and Saturday 22nd February will be served to the participants throughout the various refreshment areas around the conference venue (Red Foyer – Ground Floor).
We encourage delegates to use social media to join the conversation around the conference, to share and debate topics with those not in attendance, at #EBROW25. Delegates should respect content confidentiality, especially where this is made explicit by the speaker. Social media should be used in a responsible manner, and please be respectful to speakers and other participants.
Free Wi-Fi will be available to all congress participants at the congress venue. Please visit the registration desk for access to Wi-Fi.
Mobile phones should remain on silent whilst in the plenary room. Phone calls should be made outside and away from the doors.
The Secretariat will be pleased to send letters of invitation to anyone who requests them. Please note that the letter is not a commitment on the part of the Conference to provide any financial support.
